For our July 1st wedding, we hired Ottawa Party Bus’ services for limousine transportation and a shuttle bus service. Throughout our research we found their prices to be extremely reasonable. The communication throughout the year of planning was consistent and prompt. A detailed schedule was sent to the company and it was thoroughly followed. We even were able to setup an appointment to see our vehicles prior to our wedding.
Our driver, was extremely helpful. It was raining on the morning of the wedding and he helped the bride and bridal party with umbrellas and helped carrying various items. He was extremely polite, easy-going and helpful. Throughout the evening for the shuttle service, the driver made himself available for all of the shuttle times, even though guests only embarked on the last available time. One of the guests even forgot something at the hall and he agreed to return. We were truly impressed and highly recommend their services.

I booked the limo for myself and some friends just to add a special feel to a nice dinner out. We booked our ride to show up after our dinner and sure enough when we walked out of the restaurant, the limo was there waiting right on time. The driver made us all feel classy by getting out and opening our door for us all to pile in (in the freezing cold I might add). We jumped in the warm, clean limo and were impressed to find complementary drinks (coke and water) as well as ice for our beverages we were bringing on board. Our driver took us all over Ottawa in style. From downtown Ottawa to Casino Lac Leamy – where he parked at the doors so we could run in and try our luck on a couple games… it didn’t work out inside but was great to walk back out and hop right back in the warm Limo to continue our night. From there we toured back around to the Parliament buildings and around downtown before returning back to the restaurant, again right on time. Our driver was courteous, friendly and unintrusive. Finally, we got the time to write our testimonial about Rolling Luxury. We used Rolling Luxury for our wedding in January (We know, not a common month for a marriage). After searching different companies and meeting with them, we did not know who to go with. The policies and contracts seemed a bit too much, and the price. We wrote emails as well for quotes, simply getting a reply with the rate, no one seemed willing to reply with a personal feel.
But then we came across Rolling Luxury, the contract was very simple; we DID NOT even need to give our credit card information for the reservation. It was basically done by word of mouth (been a long time since businesses simply relied on word of mouth for a reservation). Our date was reserved literally with our name and phone number. We must have sent 20 emails asking questions, and all the replies made us feel, we made the right choice. Price wise, Rolling Luxury was unbeatable.
Time for the wedding details, we met with Hameed and he took the burden off our shoulders and made us feel even more at ease. We planned trips at 30 minutes, but after discussing with Hameed, he mentioned it would take longer for certain trips, instead of seeing a rise in price it stayed the same.
We can go on and on, about how Rolling Luxury made our wedding day go perfectly. That would make this testimonial very long. We will end saying Rolling Luxury, provided us with service we have not seen by others. Making room for adjustments without raising the price, the limousine was clean inside and out, we cannot thank you enough.

Thanks for the outstanding service. I would recommend Rolling Luxury to anyone. The limousine arrived on time last Saturday evening at the specified pickup spot and drove to our second pickup destination promptly. The driver patiently waited at the vehicle door as our guests made their way to their surprise transportation mode. We all arrived at the restaurant on time and were picked up at our pre-specified time. Once again we were delivered to our drop off spots comfortably and the kids were even given a short ride after we arrived home. They were thrilled!
The vehicle was plush with all the amenities one would expect. We had to provide our own drinks but both sparkling clean wine glasses and cocktail glasses were there at the ready. A wonderful experience was had by all.
You will be my first call when we need a limousine in the future!
